Niki Skehan, MBA, SPHR serves as Executive President of Agape Behavioral Health, bringing more than a decade of healthcare leadership experience and a passion for advancing high-quality behavioral health services. A South Florida native raised in Cooper City, Niki earned her Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Niki’s commitment to behavioral healthcare is rooted in her firsthand experience witnessing the impact of substance use disorders within her own family. This perspective drives her dedication to expanding access to compassionate, effective care while fostering a culture of excellence across the organization.
As Executive President, Niki focuses on strategic growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams that support positive outcomes for patients and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and remains committed to serving the South Florida community through her leadership and advocacy for behavioral health and recovery.
