Our Levels of Care

Addiction is a disease that can evolve over time and affect people in different ways physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As a result, there needs to be a seamless continuum of care throughout treatment. At Agape, we have structured our services to evolve along with you. As you become more stable and confident, the level of supervised medical care you require will adjust so that you always have the right balance of treatment and personal independence.

Day/Night PHP Treatment

Our most intensive level of care, PHP provides participants with extensive support both medically and therapeutically while allowing them to return to the comfort of their homes for the night.

Intensive Outpatient Program

An excellent choice for those who are transitioning from inpatient care to their everyday lives. The days and evenings of this program are designed to be flexible enough to enable participants to work or attend school while receiving continued guidance from licensed professionals.

Outpatient Treatment

Outpatient services are essential to developing a healthy recovery process through continued engagement. Ongoing check-ins provide a safety net after completing a treatment program and help maintain your progress as you transition to independent living.
